Great advice and well said. Engagement will not only help new people get discovered it will also help to propel our platform forward. Especially for those starting out in the middle of this journey. I think the other good aspect of engagement is that encourages new people to post more. More important than earning and being discovered most bloggers just want to know their work was read, appreciated, or helped the reader in some way. Our engagement encourages new community members and old members alike to keep producing content. It's a nod of approval from a fellow peer showing their efforts were appreciated.
