I fear over regulation and that seems to be the direction we're heading in.

On top of that the SEC is trying to using old outdated legal frameworks for something that is completely different and never before tried in history.

I'm not optimistic about being treated fairly by these people.

I have no problem with legitimate regulatory frameworks to follow. I have a HUGE problem with witch hunts, and extortion under the guise of fines. The current legal framework needs to be adjusted for crypto, and just lumping it all in the securities category is doing the entire industry a disservice!
