I was having some choke issues on the DR and thought I'd do a video of installing a manual choke and removing the choke cable and old choke assembly.
I was really happy with how this first part turned out. About a third of the way in, my phone ran out of storage. I had to switch to an action cam. This changed the sound and the video quality.
Regardless, this was a pretty simple mod. The video shows the key parts of pulling out the old choke and replacing a simpler, lighter, manual choke. I probably shaved a couple kilograms off the Suzuki DR650 and also have a more reliable choke now.
