I wonder if one day we'll all be unwilling contestants on some reality Big Brother show.

First it will have become trendy, and people would want to be on the highlight reels.
I suspect there would be algorithms in the future combing through the feeds in high velocity and on Sunday nights, we could have those dummy shows where we see the funniest things that happens in people's homes.
