Un saludo muchachos por fin después de tanto esfuerzo y dedicación pude mantener mis primeros segundos en tuck, por eso desde el día de hoy los entrenamientos serán entrenando el touch mejorar su técnica y ganar aún mas fuerza para hacer las variantes del touch.

Hey guys, finally, after so much effort and dedication, I was able to hold my first few seconds in tuck position. So, starting today, training will focus on improving touch technique and gaining even more strength to perform touch variations.

Como pueden apreciar en las fotos el entrenamiento que realicé fue en la progresion de half, ya que se asimila a lo que es el movimiento final como el Front-level o el Touch y así seguir mejorando el aguante tanto en Front-level como en Touch.

As you can see in the photos, the training I did was in the half progression, as it is similar to the final movement such as the Front-level or the Touch, and thus continues to improve endurance in both Front-level and Touch.
