Great analysis!

I've written for a client a couple times about trends like this in the real estate market. 2020 made a lot of employers and employees alike realize that working from home is not only feasible, but sometimes preferable. Without the need to gather a bunch of workers into one place to do things they could have anywhere with an internet connection, many people are seeing the benefits of moving out of larger urban areas, or to areas with lower taxes/less regulation.
