This is an awesome initiative!

I'm super excited about the new curated collections, and have been thinking for a week or so about how they could be used for different things, so it's really cool to see this pop up now...

I've already started a "long-term" collection!

The very first thing I did when I learned about the new feature was gather up the more than two dozen 'Super Cool Science S#!t' articles into one neatly organized page, and will continue adding to that collection as new installments of the series are published.

I was thinking these would be perfect for curation posts...

After years of writing curation posts for various communities, I recently started a series called 'Rogue Curator'where I choose a random Hive community and curate a handful of posts, utilizing the beneficiary system to share rewards with the authors I showcase. This contest post concretes my idea for using the collections feature going forward with the series!

One last thing. A couple ideas for how a collection could be used...

Collections could potentially be used as a storefront.

There are plenty of artists and entrepreneurs who regularly create posts about the products, services, NFTs, or other things they're selling for Hive.

Imagine, for example, an artist using a collection to list any current artwork they have for sale over on @nftshowroom. They could create a post for each new piece they mint, them easily add or remove posts from the collection as sales are made, giving potential customers a quick glance at everything an artist currently has available.

This system could be replicated for any sort of product or service line a t-shirt shop or a musician selling their tunes...

Beyond that, one could use a collection to gather customer reviews after a sale.

These collections are a game-changer in so many ways!
