Failure is the most difficult thing to overcome when you are an enterpreneur. Once you get your shit straight and pass through that phase, you are good to go! If one of your ideas didn't work that's ok. At least you learnt some valuable lessons and you will make sure not to repeat the smae mistakes at the future.
100%! I can't name a single person who's very first attempt at business was a success. You gotta take some L's. Perception is everything though. If you can look at a Loss as a Lesson, you can turn an L into a W. That may sound cheesy, but the message is clear; always get back up and learn from your mistakes. So long as you don't repeat them, you'll get better and better every time.
Hell yeah! I didn't know there was a skateboard community!! I spent my teenage years and my entire 20's skating! I was never any good at the flip tricks, grinds, or shove its like your gif there at the end, but I used to beat my friends at S.K.A.T.E. with my own style 😁 This is me about 15 years ago 😅
I guess I've got yet another community to take part in and support! I'll share a post at some point showing off my board and talk a little about my experience with skateboarding. I don't get on the wood too often anymore, and when I do I'm mostly just traveling. Being a single dad of two small children doesn't mix well with jumping off things risking my bones 🤣
