Ok... I was supposed to have posted this last night. With a dead phone and an early morning day job, I was simply ready for bed.
Anyhoozle... The cause of the delay yesterday seemed to be a terrible wreck. Saw three cars on tow trucks, and two of them were burnt to a crisp...
After finally making it through all that, it was about another hour and a half to our destination.
With about a mile total to hike, we got our adventure underway. Checking out all the local flora and fauna, we saw some weird shit...
About halfway through the hike, we saw a cool arch and decided to take a detour which ended in a cool open ceiling cavern.
A side note to my new friend 
Had to put some in the air with nature 😉
On the way home, we stopped at Long John Silver's and met Alan, who was eating a hush puppy.
All in all, it was a fantastic day with my beautiful woman. Can't wait for our next adventure!
