Hi everybody!

What's up my lions and other hivetopians, I'm excited to get to know some of y'all! I'm new to blogging so please bear with me.

A bit about myself

I came to this community from Splinterlands as I'm sure many of you did. As an investor and strategy game lover it really peaked my interest. I've enjoyed playing different strategy games since I was young, from TCG's to chess and Clash Royale, I relish testing my wits against my peers.

I'm an avid investor just getting in to crypto. I have always followed crypto from a distance, and even had one of those USB bitcoin miners back in the day. However I only just started investing in earnest after learning about the different ways you could earn.

Besides investing and strategy games I'm drawn to the space as a proud computer nerd. I built my first computer nearly 20 years ago and haven't been able to stop playing with them since. I'm writing this on my old laptop running Ubuntu. Open source technology really appeals to me.

My crypto goals

I see this space a great way to put my money to work for me. I intend to stake currency, provide liquidity, play the volatility, and participate in P2E/Blog to Earn. I hope to learn a lot from you crypto veterans. Let's take a ride to moon together!

My ultimate goal is to become financially independent, and bring as many people as I can with me on that journey. I will be blogging about how I'm trying to accomplish that goal as well as what I learn along the way. Please don't take any of it as financial advice though. I believe investing is a deeply personal journey, thus you must do your research to find what investments and strategies resonate with you. Otherwise you may find it difficult to stick with it through the tough times. Investing is a marathon that tests your patience, discipline, and resolve.
