What can we learn from fear?
Attempts to master the mind and body aside, I find stepping outside my zone of comfort is not particularly frightening; the outcome holds infinitesimal possibilities. However, despite a consciousness of the feeling, it can be evoked with little effort. Are fear and excitement so entwined? Can they be tamed? I'm curious to hear your response.
