I’d be lying if I said it’s easy. Onboarding people onto a platform is just half the task.

Regularly engaging everyone to stop, write, and share is another half.

In my experience, I can only lead by example, but transparency’s been really helpful. Now that @proveritas received his first payout, it’s time to evangelize.

The more people I can get to @RubenCress’ AMA in the metaverse, the better. I just need their Twitter or time and platform to lead my folks.
