Under the ground where my prison lay
Where they put my heart to stay
Every time I looked forward to the sun ray
But this very day the sun seemed longer to show its face

After days I stopped counting
My anger I stopped venting
About my situation I stopped vexing
I got used to not counting my days

My world was built around the dungeon for years
Most of my months have been in this pit of tears
And my weeks the same old fears
So it must be useless to count my days
