AndrOBD: IDENTIFY PLUGINS button does not work

Expected behavior:

I expected the user to be able to have the 'IDENTIFY PLUGINS' button enabled, I need to be able to click on this button.

Actual behavior:

When I click on the plugin manager option inside of the apps, Then click on the 'IDENTIFY PLUGINS' button, but this button does not have to work.

How to reproduce:

• download the app

• open it

• now go to plugin manager option

• and click to IDENTIFY PLUGINS

• and note the bug

• Browser/App version: V 2.0.2

• Operating system: android 6.0
