A friend from college found a huge and very affordable plot of land for sale. He is trying to get a few people together to buy it and create some projects involving the conservation and development of the surroundings.

I'm thinking about investing in it. I also believe it would be a great opportunity to try and tokenize the project but I don't really know how to go about it. It's a long-term project so there's time to study and think about it but I'd like to have something to show him since he is not really into crypto.
