This is an insightful post on the importance of commenting. I also believe that comments are a great way to stimulate engagement, which is the backbone of any social network.

I have a personal commitment to comment on every post I read. Even if I don't think it's worth an upvote I will at least leave some thoughtful feedback or ask a clarifying question.

I also reply to every single post others leave on my posts because I think it's the least I can do since they have taken the time to read what I have to say.
