I live in Sao Paulo, the biggest city in Brazil. COVID-19 has contributed to cut back house prices but they are still very insane compared to other cities.

If I were to rent an apartment of the same size as the one I live in today in the city where my dad lives, for example, which is only like 40 km away from me, I'd pay something between 2 or 3 times less than what I do.
