About sixteen (16) days ago, I wrote a post about how to treat your workers rightly, you can read about that here. When talking about business, we should know that it works vice versa.
If your workers are always happy with how you treat them, they will love to improve more. This improvement will end up catapulting your business into a new height. Little incentive to workers will help to boost their mindset. With that, they will love to put in more effort as this will affect #customers positively.
One good thing about business is that you just need little effort to drive your business forward. And one of them is building worker's and customer' interest to same level. Take a look at bankers for instance, when you go to the bank, you will see the workers always smiling even though they have their personal issues. They love to wear good smiles everyday. When I visit the bank, the security man will always tell me, you are welcomed to our bank. This small magic makes customers love to patronize the bank properly.
If you own your business and you keep surprising your #workers with one or two packages, they will pass the love over to customers. I have seen customers shouting at a worker and the worker didnt retaliate badly, he just keep peace talking the customer until they both got to a stage of decorum. But if you treat your workers badly, they will vent their frustration over to #customers. I have a brother who told me that he is working under a man who is so kind. My brother is in the production department. He said that because the boss is a good man, they always love to support him by making sure that they product a very substandard product to the market. This in return helps to sees the business running in a bigger scale. They were able to make more interest as more customers patronize them.
You see, little logic does the magic.
Before I digress further, let me use this medium to let you guys knows that workers are the people working for you while #customers are the people patronizing you. They both are vital in every feed of life, they work hand in hand. Without one of them, your business is doom to fail.
Just like I hinted above, your business will only become successful if your customers and workers are on good scale.
Below is the strategy to apply while treating your customers righly.
i. Treat your workers nicely: I remember a popular saying that says cleanliness starts from home. If you want the best for your business, you have to make sure that you entice your workers. If you do this, they will push much effort into production and this will have impact on the market. This will see customers loving your product and end up patronizing you more.
ii. Surprise your customer: Don't be too greedy, learn to give back to the community. Sometimes when customers buys items from you, try give them any free item as additions. This act will triggers them to always patronize you. This little act does a bigger magic.
iii. Don't use harsh words on customers: We all know how customers behaves at times. Don't ever allow their act push you to the wall. Learn to preach peace and also learn to peace talk them when they are angry. This nice act will help to see you and you customer maintaining same interest and you won't loose them in any way.
iv. Ask your customers for feedback on your product: I have seen companies performing poorly on this part. After customers buys product from you, learn the act of always asking for their feedback on the items. Ask them if they are satisfied or needs you to improve more. Use their survey to judge. If you build this cordial relationship with them, you will be able to know where your company is lacking behind.
If all the conditions above is being met, you will be surprised to see your business hitting apex in short period of time. People will keep thinking you were using voodoo but not knowing it is your smart work and business strategy that is bringing in the pay for you.
