While starting your business, I will advice you take up the role of the C.E.O. Don't rush into employing anybody to work for you. The reason is because your business is still at the infant stage and it needs someone with more knowlege to handle it. The role might not be easy but with time you will be able to get it handle.

The role of being a business owner or CEO is not that easy, dont go into it just for fun.
