Hello Guys,
I am still working on and with some local/traditional prints and above is another one I made of recent. I made the print with a Linoleum sheet as my mode.
Here is my mode for the print above. I had my mode (Linoleum sheet) in A3 size and I drew my motif/design on it, then I etched/cut out the unwanted parts of the Linoleum sheet with some Linoleum cutting equipment.
I applied my well mixed offset ink (Black) on my mode differentiate my the parts that would be printed Black from the parts that would appear White or blank on the paper after printing.
This was my first/primary attempt on the print.
This was my secondary attempt on the print.
And here is my Principal Print. This experience made me realized that the more the printing is tried often time with a particular mode, the more the print tend to appear more rich and appealing. I just tried to produce more than one print for every mode in order to achieve more solid print after several trials.
