I shine like some shooting stars
As I drag my invisible shackles around.
Mentally imprisoned by my toxic thoughts
And the unending expectations of men.
I feel my angry bones crack
Under the pressure of my bitterness...
Before I am granulated to skeleton debris
Within my dying soul.
Regulate your tone while you talk to me...
My essence was once mishandled by a negative voice.
It's evaporating grip kept my truth in dungeons.
Hidden from a soul that can take it as a life lesson.
I felt ashamed of my own flaws
Yet they are what makes me human.
I believe scars tell the best version of who I am.
The visible ones and those that don't really show.
Each imprinted where it is during depressing times.
Making.
All these bad and even a little bit shameful experiences,
Some interestingly good for life lessons.
