I believe the "real" pain will happen in 2021 and it last for a few years.

• Real Estate normally lags so it's probably only going to hit in months, but when it hits it's probably going to hit hard, especially since corona normally hits old people, so their houses will go to the young and they will sell, and all the sell volume is accumulating now, and the buy volume is out of cash because of corona...

• Stocks will be really bad when they finally release their financial reports, there will be so many companies with little to no revenue... and the price normally follows those reports

• Cryptos might be a safe haven but I don't think crypto will be in this recession, because it's not a normal recession, it's a virus-induced one

But this is just speculation... I just want to create new sources of income and keep adding to my cash flow assets.
