The Midnight Cold Coffee
Hmm, I can't seem to get through a day without coffee even if it's illegal, hahaha too much!
The Coffee Shop Prompt Week 11 :
Drinking coffee in the morning is a given but what about nighttime? Tell us about your nightly coffee or tea routine or an experience of drinking coffee at night.
I used to work late at night in front of the screen while chugging coffee, yes obviously I chugged it because it was cold coffee, but if there was a chance in the morning I would sip it because it was hot - So, it's safe to say that I like hot coffee in the morning to increase my stamina and coffee with ice cubes at night to stabilize myself.
For coffee at night, I usually stop by coffee shops to order cold coffee and enjoy it for a while and then head back home studio to start working on something - About coffee at night, it has become a culture for the people of Aceh to spend the night in coffee shops, so it is not surprising that in Aceh many are open 24 hours and people like to stay up late 馃槄
In #TheCoffeeShopPrompt week-11 to make my post more exciting, I will include some views of my coffee night at a coffee shop called Edukasi Kopi which not far from home, here are some pics :
I like the cold coffee on the menu called Japanese Iced Coffee, which is brewed manually using a V60 with ice cubes in the server with sweet citrus aftertaste 馃槒
Just to share my taste, for cold coffee at night, I prefer coffee with honey and natural post-harvest process with its refreshing sweet and acid taste while for hot coffee in the morning I choose strong coffee such as peaberry or robusta with its bold and savory taste.
