Keep Learning

In my country, maybe also in other countries there is proverb saying "learn even to the land of China", which means keep learning even if it is taken with difficulty :)

I want to tell about my day working as a barista, as before I told about my acceptance of working at the cafe that I blogged about. Now I'm in the training phase to adapt to the menu : memorize ratios, learn latte art and calibration.

It's been almost a year since I brewed coffee, even for myself at home - so I had to get used to it again. Starts with writing the recipe and memorizing it.

I also drew the shape of the glass to make it easier to remember and retrieve the notes - Quite a lot of glasses are used and the menu also has many variants.

This is the coffee machine on the first floor of the cafe, using the VBM Lollo 2 group heads.

A year away from working as a barista left my hands tremor to make latte art and the solution to not wasting the ingredients while relearning to make latte art was to practice by using leftover espresso coffee grounds and dish soap as steamed milk.

Here are the results :)

And it's perfect for pranking workmates, but I guess it's dangerous too :D

Just kidding, hehehe...

Okay, that's my fun training activity, the most important thing for me is to keep my spirits up and smile a lot so that the day at work becomes fun even though there are clashes with coworkers and don't forget to study all the way to the land of China 馃槀

Thank you for taking the time to stop by and read my post馃暥
