Continuing my summer of long exposure practice, I got together with my friend Ven to play with fire and light painting. We went to a beautiful little creek with 10 foot tall rock walls on each side of it, in the west end of Hamilton Ont. (at the top of Princess Falls).
The first round of photos was with fire, done by tying an old rag on the end of a stick and putting light fluid on it. I lit it and had some fun!
Before moving to light painting I decided to do a quick steel wool shot.
For light painting I used a dual light tube and experimented.
Very happy with the results, we parted ways and I couldn't resist shooting some light trails along my way home.
Overall it was a great night of practice and I cannot wait to get out again!
