Built in 1842 this homestead was lived in by several families over the decades, who also farmed the surrounding land. By the 1970s the area had been heavily developed and the property got smaller and smaller. The last owners purchased the home in 1977 and lived here until the last family member passed away in the home in 2016. This is when the property was bought by a developer who plans on replacing the home with 20 townhouses. It has sat hidden in plain sight since then!
