Built in 1947, this house is in an area that is seeing major development with countless new homes being built. I could not find any info about the previous owners but it was very clear that it was lived in by an Asian family. Who kept many of the original features of the home.
It was then sold to a development company in 2021 for 2.5 million dollars and is awaiting demolition.
