Built 150 years ago by an industrialist. This house was kept very well until it was purchased in 2014 by developers for a planned subdivision to be built. Despite the house having designation under the heritage act, it is still just sitting and decaying. A common tactic in the area, buy a heritage property then allow it to decay until it is destroyed beyond repair. Which ends up releasing the heritage designation and it can be legally demolished.
While the exterior looks to be in good shape, the interior is crumbling. The decay revealed several hidden and sealed rooms. And compartments. Leaving a large question mark around what mysteries lie in these walls. Making this an unforgettable explore!
