On the same day of exploring as my last post, this mansion had me questioning what my friend had told me about it. First I could not believe that it was being demolished, but as soon as we got there it was clear that it was true. Demolition fence surrounded it and tree protection fences were around trees near it. Second was the history, he is not one for click bait silliness but this sounded to unreal, but again after some research it became clear that it was true!
Built in 1981 this mansion was owned by a drug dealer. When the dealer was arrested the house and all other assets were seized and the city auctioned the mansion off. The development firm who purchased the property is demolishing it, and planning a new build on the land.
