Progress Week 1

For this week I am going to present you, as I call it, the model of the replica of my daughter in a rag doll.

I started with the molds I had in my mind on cardboard and then I took them to the fabric I chose, which is light beige, the most similar to the color of my daughter's skin🤭.

Avances de la semana 1

Para esta semana voy a presentarles, como le digo yo, la maqueta de la réplica de mi hija en una muñeca de trapo.

Empecé plasmando en cartulina los moldes que tenía en mi mente para luego llevarlos a la tela que escogí, la cual es de color beige claro, lo más semejante al color de la piel de mi hija🤭.

Once I had the molds, I transferred them to the fabric and proceeded to cut them out.

Ya teniendo los moldes, los transferí a la tela y procedí a recortarlos.

I made 2 sets of parts. Then I put all their parts together, stuffed them and joined them to get my doll's body ☺️.

Hice 2 juegos de piezas. Luego uní todas sus partes, las rellené y uní para obtener el cuerpo de mi muñequita ☺️.
