Yesterday I was informed by the wonderful @hivebuzz that I had posted my 500th post on the Hive blockchain.

I was fair chuffed if I am honest.

The gamification with badges is a great thing we have here on Hive. A big thank you to @arcange for this, who incidentally was the first Hivian to congratulate me ..

No Surrender is the cry of my football team, and it is something I say often to people, I know @coquicoin @ifarmgirl @eylz619 and even @lhes know it well from previous sites we were on together!.

It is my way of saying don't give up, keep going on!

So I just want to say a big thank you to Super Eli @coquicoin who kept inspiring and motivating me to keep going on Hive when I thought it was a lost cause for a few months at the beginning.

But back to motivation and I draw your attention to this post Top 250 HivePower HODLers, Here I Come! .:. #MyHiveGoals 2023. In it @ph1102 described how he had broken into the top 250 of Hive account holders for Hive Power

There are always people we look up to in life, who motivate us without even realising that they do.

Hive is no different, although I do make a habit of telling people who inspire me.

There have been times that I have wanted to quit, to say fluff it and not come back. However I was given a KUTA or three and back I came!

So yes you might have guessed what I have been alluding to ...

Earlier today I received my badge and I am now a Dolphin 🐬🐬

It has been quite the journey.

So there we have more badges, I am chuffed about some of them.

500 Posts and over 41000 comments, I do like to engage although at times I wonder why!

My journey has been far reaching across Hive.

I become a moderator of the Silver Bloggers community, thank you @lizelle and @fionasfavourites for that and to @mondoshawan and @coquicoin for showing me the ropes, and giving me an insight into Hive curation and also OCD curation...

In September last year I watched HiveFest and one presentation in particular I enjoyed.

Can you guess the one? It was smart, stylish and sexy and was delivered by @smooms of @hiq fame although @quekery and @mary-me were helping out too. I answered their call to action and now help out proofreading for the English version @hiq.magazine and writing the odd article now and then.

Infact I had to set a reminder for tomorrow at 7 pm Tengopean Standard Time, now who says the Germans don't have a sense of humour!

Did you know that there was a physical issue of the HiQ magazine that was included in each goodie back at HiveFest last year? And yes there will be one again this year!

The wonderful team at HiQ will be releasing very soon a minigame for The Hive game of 2023 ... yes CraftInk isthe name, @craftink is the username and Play CraftInk is the site ... by the way have you bought a booster pack or two?

Hive is all about what you make of it, just like real life.

There is so much to do on Hive, I also got involved in @dreemport the wonderful curation and engagement project from DreemieWeemieSeeme @dreemsteem. They have so many challenges and contests and in one challenge I met my partner @deraaa and I have another partner now in @jellyvine and of course I have to mention the two besties @wongi and jhymi all whom I met through dreemport.
