Hello Hello to all you music lovers out there.
So yesterday was Independence day for some young country and I thought that for #ttt I would pick some songs with an American twist.

I stuffed myself full of hot dogs yesterday and so this might end up a bit of an eclectic mix!
So here is my post for #threetunetuesday the awesome weekly tune share initiative started and led by the magical Irishman

tune 1 the Beach Boys ~ Surfin' U.S.A.
"Surfin' U.S.A." is a song by the American rock band the Beach Boys, credited to Chuck Berry and Brian Wilson. It is a rewritten version of Berry's "Sweet Little Sixteen" set to new lyrics penned by Wilson and an uncredited Mike Love.
This wikipedia source gives a little bit but the next part is so significant!
Wilson said he intended the song as a tribute to the rock guitarist, but Berry's lawyers used another term: plagiarism.” The case was settled with the Beach Boys giving publishing rights to Berry's publisher.20 Mar 2017
Plagiarism ~ It is NOT big and It is NOT clever and can end up costing you a whole heap of cash ~ So just don't do it!

For tune 2 we are heading back across the pond to Scotland. This band were due to perform at a local festival in my town last month, but the promoters went bankrupt and left many people out of pocket.
Skids are from Fife in Scotland and the band was the forerunner to the band Big Country.

Nah that would be far too obvious and you know I love an earworm 
So this one is funny and watch the video for a laugh🤣 and is a song from the movie of the same name!
