Your response is emotionally charged man. I made the BTC point on your point to point out that it was a pointless point. So for you to say "thanks for proving my point" then "you're doing all the work for me" shows you're more interested in winning than actual intelligent discussion.

This is completely illogical:

If the token price had been trading flat between 10-20 cents for the last five years then you might be right.

So people don't BUY IN during dips?
HIVE at 10c isn't a dip? Specially if you consider it to 100x in a year. So then would it not be the GREATEST TIME TO BUY .... NOW?

I'm not even about money or see Hive value in dollar terms. All my comments are clear on that. My few blog posts are even more clear. They aren't mandatory to read but hey they're there. If you're going to judge someone you should try to be better informed.

I originally started reading your posts because you spoke about what's missing here so I was impressed by your perspective. You even said you were going to post a detailed vision on how to fix it but you never did.

Now you represent a price speculator and seem to think I do too, so this conversation has become highly skewed. The price of HIVE or BTC in a year is irrelevant to me. I've even said Hive might likely be better off staying low so that many communities can build on Hive. So my ultimate view is.. it's where and how the technology is utilised that matters.

"This network sucks because speculators aren't FOMOing." is not a valid argument at this time. Try again next year.

... Where did I say that. You've misread my comment badly. My point throughout is that people aren't here... PERIOD. (The point on buyers was strictly to users in here. That it's an example that Hive's own loyal users also believe Hive needs more development.. or they would be buying this 'cheap price'.)

There's no audience here to make so many dapps prosper. 3Speak is a prime example. VIDEO is KING on internet but barely utilised on Hive.

It's not directly spoken but I KNOW @blocktrades agrees that the code needs some impressive changes and soon. He knows that 10K weekly users (likely much less actual humans and shrinking) ... is a dangerously small audience. HIVE needs new abilities to attract new builders and new networks of users.

Once Hive matures, there's so much content that can drive that growth but until it happens then it just doesn't happen.
