This article is somewhat odd.
People wanting to use lawyers to retrieve "stolen" funds and even receive additional funds for, I guess "pain and suffering" but the industry has no regulation.
I don't even see how this can go to court.
There is no set rules that can then be recognized under law, as to what is what, and who owned what.
You then see it as a negative that KYC and "prove legitimate ownership of assets" will be implemented into Bittrex. A system which if already in place, could and would be utilized as a solid framework to then determine a solution to such a debacle.
Also I recall that just about everyone that enters into this crypto thing, agrees on that mantra "be prepared to lose it all". Because really, at the end of the day, this is a game of gambling.
