I like your honesty. I admire your wholesome commitment to the platform and also respect that you are active at growing COMMUNITIES. I do too see that as the value here. This is why I'm against Discord and Twitter though. Because neither of those two platforms are part of the Hive ecosystem so the full social experience isn't even on Hive. That's a major flaw and a sure way to leak users.

Majority of people who walked through the door of steemit/Hive quickly realise that it's a lot of work and so it's clear that attention retention is broken. Obviously token rewards are nice but people really stay to connect to other people on social platforms. Plus from the perspective of an investor the product is simply substandard. Web_3.0 with the need to stay tethered to Web_2.0 is not superior.

As I said though, I do recognise that THE PEOPLE are the true asset that this blockchain has. If that 'inner group' gets it together (which, low token price seems to having impact) then maybe they will begin to really strengthen this platform and provide a full product. Only then, could blockchain social truly challenge the mainstream platforms.
