Amidst the storms of stress, you stand so tall,
A resilient spirit, facing challenges that befall.
School's demands and deadlines, a heavy weight to bear,
Yet you press on with courage, showing you truly care.
Assignments piling high, like mountains in your path,
Tests and exams approaching, invoking anxious wrath.
But you're a warrior, unyielding, in this academic fight,
Determined to conquer darkness, with knowledge as your light.
Lecturers may thunder, with threats of stormy seas,
Yet your ship sails steady, guided by your dreams' decrees.
A professor's turbulence won't steer you off course,
For within your heart, determination is the driving force.
Economic struggles, a country in distress,
Rising fares and hardships, testing your resolve no less.
But through these trials, your spirit shines so bright,
A beacon of hope, igniting courage in the night.
Health may waver, like a candle's flickering flame,
Yet your inner strength burns strong, a relentless claim.
You journey through this tempest, fierce and true,
With eyes set on the horizon, where success comes into view.
So stand tall, precious self, as you navigate this storm,
You're not alone in this fight, your spirit is the norm.

I figured I express myself better in poetic lines so to honor the #talk-it-out Thursday's theme, I decided to write this. To be honest it helped in lifting my spirit. As a Nigerian student, I'm going through a lot and can't wait for the break after my exams.
Writing or talking about how I feel and also spicing it up with words of hope helps me a lot. It can help someone here too so I decided to share.
