No is a complete sentence in itself and doesn’t need an explanation or justification for it. When you feel the need to say no to whoever or whatever, say it without any form of guilt. Saying yes to everything doesn’t make us good people at the end of the day.

We don’t get to decide who sees the good in us no matter what we do or how far we go for others.
