That sounds like such a heavy week. Waking up that early every day and carrying all that responsibility isn’t easy, so it makes sense you’re this tired.

Glad it’s Saturday too. I took an early morning walk too and it felt good. We both needed the reset I guess.

I hope the next couple of weeks really do give you that space you need. Even small things like tending the garden or just being home more can make a big difference. You deserve that kind of calm.
