Taking care of ourselves is not just a necessity, it's a most.

My advice to alot of ladies including myself, we should be aware of our family health history, it saves us from the word "it's too late or at the end stage".

If a lady is aware that her family has history of so and so ailment for example breast cancer, they should take more measures in making sure they are free from it.
