I used to live in the countryside and I really miss that place. In that area, you get to see the beautiful sea in front and there are some mountains behind your house. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I love it there that someday I really want to live there again... or any similar place would do. Unfortunately, despite working from home, my job requires fast internet, so it's quite difficult to continue my job in such a place. We'll see... someday. :)
I really love nature because it makes me feel refreshed and less stressed. The fresh air it gives, the lovely sounds of birds and even some insects can be likened to that of a lullaby. The sea breeze feels good when it touches you, especially at night. The vast skies display beautiful stars. I used to go stargazing by the beach and it helps me think about life.
Another thing I'm grateful about is that nature provides us with food, shelter and many other things. My dream is to have my own farm where I could raise some animals and plant a lot of fruit trees and vegetables. Wouldn't that be awesome? And since we get a lot from nature, we have to give back as well. We have to protect and preserve it. Replace the trees that were cut from the forests. It's really sad to see the mountains and forests with less trees because of logging and mining.
Sometimes I think it's expected for nature to show its wrath at times because we are hurting it. We rely too much on nature, so we also have to do our part.
Aside from the material things we receive from nature, I consider it the best place to get rid of unwanted emotions and feelings. There are times when I feel so stressed, but just looking at the sea or some trees or plants, I'd feel so much better. It helps me to be mentally sane despite all the crazy things in life.
Right now, we live in the city, but when you see our place, you would think otherwise.
It's around 15 minutes on foot. It's not as near as when I lived in the countryside, but I can still enjoy it since it's just more than a kilometer away.
I'm really grateful to nature for everything, so I'll also do my best to do my part in giving back to it. :)
Thanks for reading and see you around!!!!
