I could say Phase 4 just started. Most known alt coins have reached and passed their ATH and there's the crypto euphoria right now. Everyone's talking about cryptos and getting their alts ready for pumps. Only that I don't think we ever witnessed Phase 2. Maybe ETH outperforming Bitcoin isn't about the price but it's use.
