Hello Friends. So I began creating this new piece last week and had intentions of creating a portrait depicting a human and an animal. "Not too young to rule" was an idea that came to my mind that involved portraying a young child in a position of power, strength and might. The lion was the perfect animal to use in this piece and I used it to also work on my wildlife drawing skill. This piece was created to depict a native child appearing to be wearing a lions skin but looks alive with the glowing eyes. I just had alot of fun creating this piece and exploring so many tools on the autodesk sketchbook app. I shared the process below and I hope you love it.
