During John McCain's life he has consistently served this country. He was a P.O.W. (prisoner of war) during Vietnam. In addition and a unknown fact, is that McCain refused to leave the soldiers that were beneath him in rank that were also P.O.W.'s. Thus, prolonging his stay in Vietnam for years.
Also, he saved potentially 10's of millions of lives by voting down Trump's repeal of the A.C.A. (also known as ObamaCare). Now universal health insurance is not just a privilage - it is the a right of every American citizen. Thank-you John McCain for your service. Mr. McCain is the DEFINITION of an American hero.
