We went down to the Hoosier National Forest for a couple of hours to see Cataract Falls. He had no clue where we were going but I know my husband loves the woods so I knew he would have a good time.
He still had no clue where we were going. The drive was nice as the Hoosier National Forest is about 1 and 1/2 hours away. The drive is a beautiful one.
I did not take photos of the falls from my phone. But I do have some to share in the coming days. It was a nice little hike and a good way to spend time together on my husband's day off. He works every other weekend and here lately it has either rained or been too hot to enjoy it.
Waiting for dusk to hit to watch the firework show. As I was sick with a migraine on the 4th and didn't get to see them so we found some place lighting them off tonight. I am set up with my tripod ready to capture some of the light show.
