In this modern world of smartphone we spend most of the time online, surfing websites, blogs and forums. Almost all of the websites prompts you to create an account or sign up for there newsletters and without giving a second thought you just enter your Gmail ID and complete the process. Doing this over a period of time you end up creating a lot of accounts on different websites which makes your Gmail account vulnerable to hackers and you get a lot of spam emails daily.

There’s really no need to keep all of your accounts and subscriptions active , but finding and deleting them one by one can be annoying. Deseat.me eases this task for you.

Developers in Sweden has created a website called Deseat.me which lists all of the websites using your Gmail ID and lets you delete them with just few clicks. It helps you limit your online presence only to those sites which you are using.

How To Use -

  • Click Here to go to the website.

  • Click on “Sign In with Google ” and sign in to your Google account and allow the website to access your Google account. (don’t worry its safe).

  • Now you will see a list of all the websites on which you have an account. You can sort them into My Accounts (the accounts which you are using) and the Delete Queue ( the account you want to delete).

The website uses Google’s security protocol, which means it doesn’t gain access to user’s log in information. In simple words “Its completely safe to use”. Hope this was helpful.
