Nigerians:
criminal behaviour, cultural loudness, and economic desperation

The issue isn't "Nigerians" as a whole. Nigeria is home to over 200 million people from hundreds of ethnic groups and cultures, the overwhelming majority of whom are law abiding. The problems are better described as criminal behaviour by specific groups, cultural differences that may be perceived as loudness in some contexts, and economic desperation driven by poverty, unemployment, and weak institutions. Generalising an entire nationality based on the actions of a minority is inaccurate and unfair.
But yet it's still a good point of research to make even with other countries on the list.
