Editan (Lasianthera africana)

My last post on shadow hunter contest made a reference on how we spot Shadows, but today's shadow spots a little bit different form from my last post, From This believes that shadows are formed when light hits an object, and the object blocks the light to form a shadow, I took a spot on this leaf with the reflection of the sunlight. Though it took me time to get the best shot of the leaf.

Now. Let's talk about Editan (Lasianthera africana)a very powerful and profitable leaf found in my country Nigeria around the south south and south eastern part of the country.

Editan Soup is a vegetable soup indigenous to the Ibibios and Efiks of the Niger Delta region of Nigeria. It is one of many vegetable soups made in this region. Editan leaf is usually paired with waterleaf just like Edikang Ikong and Afang soup but it has a richer, more complex flavour than both soups. The leaves can also be paired with okro for a delicious soup.
