Hello hoomans!!!
I don't know if I'm too late for this challenge, but i just wanted to hop on these challenges and be more involved in the communities.
Anyways since I'm still a newbie not willing to invest yet so I rented the Ant Miner and DAMN!!! it's actually a good card.
My first game with the ant miner:
Well this set up didn't go well for me because the opponents Serpentine Spy took out the ant miner on the first turn with it's opportunity ability. Even tho I won it didn't feel right because I wanted to see how the ant miner would go. I was kinda losing hope in the card.
2nd game:
I placed my Ant Miner in the middle to avoid taking damage (learnt from my last match) and hoping for it's scavenger ability to help it build up health before it gets to the front.
Okay, before you judge me for using Daria Dragonscale instead of Malric Inferno since they have the same abilities and I would get an extra 1 mana. I just really love her design.
LIKE JUST LOOK AT HER!!!! SUCH A BADDIE.
Anyways this post is not about her, but she did give the Ant miner a damage boost so it's a win win.
By the time the Ant Miner got to the front it was able to rack up 6 more health points pretty much making it a tank at this point, but it took some damage and got to 2 hp.
BUT THEY PULLED THROUGH AND GOT ME A WIN!!!
Not before the Ant Miner picked up a little health from their corpses, leaving it at 4 hp at the end of the battle. I'm really thinking of actually buying this card even tho I like water more.
