ETH managed to close outside of the pennant that has been forming over the last few weeks. This sideways move has also taken it beyond the downtrend off the May high suggesting that trend is now complete.
The weekly chart below show the next zone of resistance is ~350 - 400 and price still has to contend with the larger downtrend before being able to push beyond those levels.
Any move below the pennant low around 192 and the signal is invalidated.
