So as I mentioned in the first video clip I will be trying a different approach in the way I share my Albion content.
I feel that watching a 30-45 minute video of me running around half of the time might just get a little bit boring at times, so I though why not just share the exciting bits. After all that's what everyone wants.
The gossips and not the apologies
I was referred to this location Swamp Cross by another Albion player who is also on hive!
@therealflaws go check out his gaming content and profile.
I'm here broh, it cost me an arm and a leg but I am here.馃ぃ
I do miss the snows of Mountain Cross but this is more suitable for a newbie such as myself!
Funnily enough Shady Benny was the only willing folk to help guide me around, he also gave me the first quest in which I had to venture down in some abandoned tunnels! Or were they perhaps never abandoned only well hidden!?
I decided stashing my items was of utmost importance, I absolutely couldn't risk getting my stuff stolen.
Being that I am a easy target for the big bloaks out there!
BTW if anyone can give me some advice to as if I should use these tomes or keep them for later. I really don't want to be wasting them on low level armor or low level items. If that is indeed what they are for!
I received my first quest from Shady Benny and well he sent me deep into the earth where I had to fight off numerous Heretics as well as rodents, so many rodents!
But this was the quest that would make or break my setting in the Swamp Cross and losing this battle would most certainly have my name whispered full of foul in the taverns! So I sucked it up, grabbed my trusty sword and dove into the dark and clammy underworld!
The quest was simple I had to kill a few Poachers as well as a few Fire Starters who all seem to be deranged somehow, perhaps living underneath the earth's crust made them mad in some way. Perhaps just a sour ale that they brewed and drank.
As I fought my way through numerous Heretics I eventually came down some Mage's City of the sort.
It might even have been a Library Of The Dark Arts I have no clue.
One thing was certain and that was the fact that there was way too many blood thirsty mages that needed a scolding and a proper one at that!
I mean why? I meant them no harm! I only came here for The Mad Whip and his followers! Oooohhh wait a minute!
As I went further down the tunnels grew ever silent. With each step I took I could hear my footsteps echoing further and further! Perhaps it was this that drove these men mad!
There he was!
A gigantic man! Towering over his "mindless" followers like a God! Ppffff. What makes him so great? The fact that he has a whip? He is no leader, merely a manipulator he is!
I wasted no time, I confronted him with the most courageous of ways! Charging head first at him!.
He was big yes, but big men are slow and I would use that to my advantage every single second!
Slashing away at The Mad Whip timing my blows as he tried to crack his whip at me, needles to say you can see it coming a mile away!. It was still scary and powerfull though! For if that whip cracked the stone slabs on the floor split up and spat up into the air!
As wild and fiery as he was, he was no match for my cunning ability to hack and slash in speed!
While I was out farming in the woods to get some better equipment for the long journeys ahead I happen to come across another "Solo Dungeon."
Hmmm Solo yeah, well it would have been if I had that better gear already!
However I did manage to kick some pretty wild ass! I even got a nice new spear! Unfortunately that would only add to some silver for my character. I am not yet trained in the ways of spear fighting!
Down in the tunnels I discovered some new characteristics in the units I found! I call him The Slapper! with hands as big as my torso you really wouldn't want to get in his way when throwing punches. I think this is where the mages and hunter really come into play. However I am tanky so I was able to take the knock... Somewhat.
If I have to be honest I walked out with a realllll big headache!
Hmm I thought The Mad Whip was the biggest bloak I have ever seen!
I carefully re evaluated my choices with this fella, yeah I did go for him. I don't tend to back out of fights!
However this earth cracker really gave me a knocking! I almost had him! But almost is not nearly good enough
As I left the tunnels in a big disgraceful walk with my head hanging low.
I said to this giant of a man something that he would one day rue.
To everyone who made it this far into my post Thank you for the read and the support.
